Brad Rudolph oversees the First Impressions Team made up of the Greeter, Parking Lot, Guest Services, Usher, Hebrew’s Café, Java Dock and Special Event Food Services Teams. Brad also indirectly facilitates all other ministry volunteer teams by resourcing and working closely with those ministry leaders. He also facilitates Senior Adults as well as Foster/Adopt Support Ministries. Brad gets his greatest fulfillment from helping someone who has no idea what God has in store for them in serving and finding their “sweet spot” in serving according to their spiritual gifts, heart, abilities, personality and experiences.
Brad and his wife, Yvette walked through the doors of Lake City for the first time in October of 2001 and knew right away this was the Church for them. Brad began serving right away in Family Life Ministries and made the jump from the corporate world to full time ministry in 2005 coming on staff as Director of Youth Activities. A few years later he was offered his current job and loves every minute of it.
Brad was born in Colfax, Washington and raised in Tri-Cities Washington. He began his career with Albertsons and became a Store Manager in a matter of a few years. In 1986 he was transferred to Yakima, then to Hayden in 1997. He married the most beautiful woman in the world, Yvette in 1986, and they are living happily ever after in N. Idaho. Brad also has two daughters from a previous marriage and five grandchildren. Brad loves anything outdoors, but especially boating and water skiing on Hayden Lake. He also lives and breathes Gonzaga basketball.
