To receive assistance from Lake City Market, recipients must provide proof of residence for all full-time members in the household.

For adults, this can include rental or lease agreements, auto registration or insurance card, utility bills, etc.

For school-age children, you can use immunization or school records. For non-school-age children, you can use a birth certificate or SS card.
