Originally from Northern Ireland, Andrew has been in active ministry for over 30 years and travels extensively sharing the Christian message in a creative, humorous and challenging style. He is committed first and foremost to building local churches and raising up multigenerational leaders. As the husband to Isabelle and father of four children, life is never dull, however he still finds the time to enjoy running, mountains and French food!

Jeremy is a North Idaho native who has spent more than 30 years encouraging people to follow Jesus as a youth pastor, national speaker, ministry leader, and lead pastor. Today, he serves as President of Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington, where he is passionate about helping students discover God's calling, deepen their faith, and be equipped to make a lasting impact in the world.

Christine Anderson is an ordained Assemblies of God pastor and Northwest University graduate with over 15 years of experience in children's and family ministry, driven by a passion for helping kids encounter Jesus in meaningful and creative ways. She served approximately 12 years as Kids Pastor at Neighborhood Church in Sunnyside, Washington, and has been part of the Kids Camp East leadership team since 2013, writing cabin devotions and leading response chapel experiences. Throughout the Northwest, she has spoken at women's events, children's ministry conferences, and camps, combining biblical teaching with creativity, storytelling, and humor. Christine recently completed her Spiritual Direction certification through the Sherpa program founded by Dr. Debbie Gill, graduating in Scotland in April 2026, and continues to serve faithfully through volunteering at her local church and leading Wednesday night kids ministry gatherings.
